I took a weekend trip to Santorini and here are some of the pictures and stories from the weekend.
We got to our hostel and it was beautiful. Thank you Villa Demetri for 11Euro a night. :-)
We took a tour on what looks to be a pirate ship. Our tour guide spoke 6 different languages fluently. He was pretty awesome.
They dug a hole so we could see the effect of the volcano. This little spot was steaming and super hot.
Ugh! Ok so we went on this tour and saw all types of wonderful things like Volcanos beautiful scenery and we even got to ride donkeys. These are the hot springs…people jumped off the boat (yes I said jumped) and swam into the hot springs…
I thought they were all crazy…then I jumped to and thought because I could swim in a pool I would be fine…
Clearly NOT because I freaked out and started freaking out and flailing in the water
I realized I could not touch the bottom of the ocean…EVER…unless I was drowning and that is never a good thought.
This is the nice couple that took all the pictures of us while we were in the water.
It was such a great time and so many memories. Shout outs to Kristy and Jessica who went on the trip with me. :-)
