5 Frequently  Answered Questions:
1. I will be back on December 19th.
2. Yes, I will be sad to leave Athens and want to stay longer.
3. Yes, the men here are gorgeous.
4. No, I am not coming back married ( I followed directions Mom)
5. You’re already doing #5 and you probably dont even know it!

So other updates…I have 3 papers due probably 2 presentations due and ill be leaving for Prague on Wednesday (aka in 1 day) for another 4 day trip. The 2 day recovery time is almost enough to recooperate, but then again who can complain about world traveling?

Milan…ps is the fashion capital of the world which was clearly visible in the mall we went to where a beanie was 60 euro and there was a ferrari car sitting at the front of the store.

Dublin was basically a mini America…and cold.

Litton Lane Hostel- The hostel I’m staying in while in Dublin

Sad that I will not be home for Thanksgiving. I am definitely craving sweet potato pie, mac and cheese, honey glazed ham, and of course my momma’s lasagna.

I leave tomorrow for Milan and Dublin. It’s going to be a packed weekend to say the least…

Rome was great. Everything is bigger in Rome I felt like I was in a Honey I shrunk the kids movie. Just take a look at the pictures.

Rome vs. Athens

Boom Athens Wins! Enough said… ok maybe there is more….ok there is def more but that is to come later. Needless to say I felt like I was in a ‘Honey I Shrunk the Kids’ Movie because everything was oversized. Rome was georgeous though but I must say I am happy to be back in Athens.

Oxi Day

Note how fast the tanks are moving. This is not the typical one slow moving tank at the end of the parade. These bad boys are 1. Huge and 2. gunning down the street. Makes you rethink how it would feel to get attacked.

War and Such

While in Thessaloniki we were there for Oxi (pronounced Oh-he) Day with is a national  holiday for Greeks. Click the link below to learn more.

We went to the parade in celebration, although there was no music like in the parades in the states I counted this as only a minor difference and thought the parade would continue in the similar fashion I had always thought about parades.

Nope false again. I’ll add the video later but as you can see there are some serious tanks barreling down the street and with this not being my military to say the least I thought about war and our military in a whole new light.

It’s crazy what a new perspective can do for observation.
